OST is a training delivered to an organization’s employees at the manufacturer site or another location arranged for by manufacture team, which give the trainees a hands-on training before or through the process of plant commissioning or shutdown.
On Job Training (OJT) is a kind of technique wherein the workers and operative staff is given the direct instructions to perform their jobs on the actual work.
We worked directly with a dedicated Onsite & On Job Training representative that selected the right courses and topics to align with trainees specific business needs. In addition, our training team will facilitate program development and work directly with training and development teams to make sure the training is on-target and focused on your goals.
We aim through these two types of training to provide convenience and flexibility in scheduling and increaseing the ability to learn with real world examples delivered by our highly skilled facilitators.
